​The Alive Faith Network exists to improve the holistic health of African American clergy, congregants, and communities by serving African American pastors in low-resource areas as they cope with the concerns and needs of their congregations.

We focus on identifying key health and wellness concerns for African American pastors while creating opportunities for support, including wellness retreats and Lunch N' Learn information sessions.

Our Community Health Ministry is an advisory council of churches that aid Rush University researchers and the Alive Faith Network in prioritizing community health needs and creating sustainable health programs.

We facilitate community-based participatory research partnerships with local churches to address health inequities and improve the overall health and wellbeing of the African American community.​
