The Alive Faith Network's Community Health Ministry is comprised of representatives from our member churches. This committee utilizes a train-the-trainer approach to build self-sustaining health promotion programs to embed knowledge into the community. Our mission is to identify key priorities within the community and design sustainable health initiatives that are feasible to implement in our church communities.
